Spinnaker Solutions is Hiring a Machine Operator Near Adairsville, GA
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with GREAT benefits starting on day one!
Pay: $19
Hours:
12 hour shifts - Week day and weekend work
START IMMEDIATELY!
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery used in the production process
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to set up machines correctly
- Monitor machines during operation and adjust as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 months of Manufacturing experience
- MUST be able to lift 65lbs consistently
- Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
